Join Julie Anne for a celebration of the autumn equinox on the Russian river in Healdsburg, in the heart of Sonoma County on September 19th from 10-3. As we celebrate the balance of day and night, light and dark, we will find balance in our breath and body.

We’ll start with a 90 minute outdoor yoga class, followed by a nourishing lunch, and time to unwind on a private beach on the Russian river. A meditation circle with singing bowls will close the retreat.

Bring your own yoga mat and any props you might like. Shoes to walk in the river and a towel are encouraged. Note: the river won’t be flowing for a float, but perfect for strolling and wading, bird watching and cooling off.

Make a weekend out of it, bring your friends and explore the beauty that is Sonoma: wineries, redwoods and yoga, of course!
